DESARROLLO DE SOFTWARE GEPLAN PARA PETROLEOS MEXICANOS

As a consultant and Architect I proposed a Logistic System that (later on) managed the whole oil road transportation in Mexico and real time connected oil production and battery stations capacity.

Before the Development Operations, it was first necessary to reengineer, automatize and digitalize client processes. I participated on those projects as Program Manager.

1. Logistic reengineering process through a new Control Center (process reengineering)
2. ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation and certification. (processes standardization)
3 Internal ERP and EMS development and implementation (processes automatization

In order to be prepared for the big Mexican oil bet called Chicontepec project, Pemex and their supplier TETSA needed to reorganize and improve their logistics in the north of the Country. That was the scope of the program I was so fortunate to manage.
